Privacy Policy

Our Global Commitment

We believe in being totally open about your data no matter where in the world you are visiting from. Our organisation is dedicated to elephants and international elephant conservation efforts. We do not track your movements online or collect data unless you reach out to us. Protecting your privacy is as important to us as the elephants we work to save. We will never sell your details or share your data with other companies. This policy is written in plain English to show you how we keep your information safe while you support our mission to protect elephants and the habitats they need to survive.

Direct Communications

The only personal information we use is what you decide to send us via email. Whether you are asking about our elephant projects or sharing conservation news, we only use your email address to reply to you directly. We do not use complex databases or tracking tools to watch what you do online. Our goal is to protect elephants, not to manage data. We will only contact you if you have asked to talk to us about our work. We welcome supporters from every country to join us as we work to protect these animals and the local communities who live alongside them for a better, safer future for all.

Newsletters and Reports

If you sign up for our updates, we save your email to share news about elephant conservation and the people living near them. These emails include stories about elephants, updates on the communities they share space with, and appeals to sign petitions regarding Human–Elephant Conflict (HEC). You can leave our mailing list at any time, and we will delete your details from our system right away. We never buy email lists from others. This is simply a way for us to connect a global community that cares about the survival of elephants. Thank you for helping us protect these magnificent creatures.
